Job Description
The Senior Account Manager works to develop new and potential accounts within a defined territory for the Fire Safety and Protection (FSP) business. The primary focus and goal for this sales professional is to develop and build upon our existing client accounts to cement those relationships with value-added attention to details of the clients’ needs, by proposing and adding additional services like repairs, inspections, moves, and changes, executing on contract renewals, asking for and expanding our services to their additional locations, and pursuing business of our clients’ well-earned referrals. The Senior Account Manager owns the strategic selling process and communicates value to resolve the client’s issues.

Physical Requirements:
Mobility: May need to travel frequently to meet clients or attend meetings. They should have the ability to move around, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Lifting: There may be instances of needing to lift, carry, and transport objects such as presentation materials or product samples safely.
Vision: Good eyesight to read documents, analyzing data, and representing information to clients.
Hearing: Normal hearing to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
Stamina: Often work long hours and multi-task. Physical stamina is needed to stay focused and perform the job effectively throughout the day.
